Shipbuilding presses are one of the basic machines used in shipbuilding in shipyards.
These machines are used in the manufacture of big ships to form ship side wall plates and to bend the profiles in the ship skeleton to the desired degrees.
We specifically designed these presses for shipyards to meet the needs. In this way, our customers can do all the required sheet forming operations in ship construction with these presses.

The frame bending machine has two robot arms. The two arms fix the plates with hydraulic cylinder, and them move from side to siede to complete loading and unloading of the plates to be machined. With the two arms, the machine can complete a series of bending movements like vertical bending and horizontal bending simultaneously. Also, it has an effective control of the transformation of plates.
Our frame bending machines are famous for their open construction and the very good access for the operator. The framebenders of the basic series will bend flat bulbs, T- and angle bars with ease. The applied inversed curve is a great tool for checking the required radius.
